CAMPING WOK AND UTENSILS

     Believe it or not this is about PREPAREDNESS.  At first it may not seem that way but, it really is.  I have been thinking about what style of cooking would be useful after a meltdown situation and stir frying came to mind.  It’s fast, cheap, and tasty for one thing. It doesn’t really require that many ingredients if I don’t try to get too fancy with it. (Not that I could anyway).  It doesn’t even have to be authentic asian (although I love that kind of food).  

     I can stick this camping wok right onto a fire and fry up a balanced meal in a very short amount of time with a minimum of utensils to do it with.  Combined with all of the rice I already have stored away it should work out nicely.
